The CPSC and Lee Carter Co, a San Francisco based wholesaler, have jointly announced the recall of infant rattles sold under the brand name Lee Carter Co. The rattle is only 4.5 inches long and the infant can easily swallow it to be choked. There are 2500 rattles affected by this recall.
