Infant Rattles Recalled by Lee Carter Co. Due to Choking Hazard

The CPSC and Lee Carter Co, a San Francisco based wholesaler, have jointly announced the recall of infant rattles sold under the brand name Lee Carter Co. The rattle is only 4.5 inches long and the infant can easily swallow it to be choked. There are 2500 rattles affected by this recall. The CPSC has requested customers to discontinue the use of this product immediately. Please call (415) 824-2004 or go to www.leecartercompany.com for a refund. The CPSC still wants to know from consumers how this toy has affected them. Please submit your details online at www.cpsc.gov, according to news reports.
