Dodge Rams Recalled for Drive Shaft Problem

2009-2010 Dodge Ram vehicles are undergoing an investigation due to drive shaft issues, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Many customers have complained about the truck’s rear-wheels locking up while the car is in motion. This may lead to a chance of collision. Customers allege the truck locked up after it reached speeds of approximately 35mph. In one case, a truck collided with a concrete barrier after this occurred. No injuries were reported. Investigators are currently working with engineers in order to find the reason why trucks are locking up, and how to fix the problem. Consumer Reports advising filing a report if your vehicle experienced problems such as these, according to news reports.
