A 33-year old Floridian man texts while driving (while also intoxicated) and causes a four-car pile up. Drunk driving is bad enough, but texting and drunk driving exponentially increases the risks of a car accident. So we must ask, when is Florida going to make texting while driving illegal like it has been made illegal in other states?
