Alabama’s state-wide texting while driving law went into effect just this past Wednesday, August 1st. AT&T has been working with law enforcement to get the message out that teens cannot afford to take the risks that come with texting while driving. Alabama hopes that the new law and awareness courtesy of AT&T will reduce texting while driving-related accidents and deaths.
