Gafni Builds Cardboard Bicycle

An engineer recently built a bicycle completely out of cardboard. The bike is made from scraps, and although it’s not mountain-ready, it can get someone to their destination. It was also designed to be water-resistant. The inventor, Izhar Gafni, said he was inspired after seeing a canoe built from just cardboard, according to news reports. The other incredible thing about this bike is that it costs a mere $9 from the scraps used. However, it may take awhile for a novice to build.

As a personal injury attorney, I’m impressed by this bicycle and hope that it performs safely. I always urge bicyclists to wear helmets and obey traffic laws in order to avoid any potential injuries.
