Keystone RV Company is recalling Cougar 26SAB and 29RES recreational vehicles, model year 2010-2012, because of a problem with the rear bumper. The bumper, which holds the spare tire, may become weakened, causing the spare tire to drop off from the RV. Owners will be contacted by Keystone so a reinforcement kit can be installed free of charge.
