Jason Fernandez – Maryland Car Accident Lawyer

Jason Fernandez concentrates his practice on representing those persons injured due to the negligence and misdeeds of others, including premises and automobile accident liability.

Jason is licensed to practice law in Maryland, District of Columbia, and Virginia. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for Maryland and the District of Columbia.  He is a member of the Maryland Bar Association, Virginia Bar Association, The D.C. Bar Association, The Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the D.C. Trial Lawyers Association, the Maryland Association for Justice, The Montgomery County Bar Association, and Prince George’s County Bar Association.

He received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University with honors in 2003, which he attended on a full academic scholarship. Upon graduation, Jason matriculated to the University of Iowa College of Law on full academic scholarship. During law school, Jason was the First Vice-Chairperson of the Moot Court Executive Board and captain of the College’s Trial Advocacy team. While working the school’s legal clinic, Jason authored a brief that successfully challenged the constitutionality of an Iowa criminal sentencing statute.
