Jason Fernandez

Jason Fernandez concentrates his practice on representing those persons injured due to the negligence and misdeeds of others, including premises and automobile liability.
Jason is licensed to practice law in Maryland, DC, and Virginia. He is a member of the Virginia Bar Association, Fairfax (Va.) Bar Association, The D.C. Bar Association, The Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, The Maryland Trial Lawyers Association, and The Montgomery County Bar Association. He is also currently seeking licenses to practice law in the District of Columbia and the State of Maryland.
He received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University with honors in 2003, which he attended on a full academic scholarship. Upon graduation, Jason matriculated to the University of Iowa College of Law on full academic scholarship. During law school, Jason was the First Vice-Chairperson of the Moot Court Executive Board and captain of the College's Trial Advocacy team. While working the school's legal clinic, Jason authored a brief that successfully challenged the constitutionality of an Iowa criminal sentencing statute.
