For anyone who purchased a bunny-shaped “Sippy Cup” from Target, the product is being recalled due to incidents of the ears on top of the product poking children who engaged in routine use of the product. It was sold at Target stores from February to April of 2012 and can be returned for a full refund, according to news reports. Around 264,000 cups are included in the recall. The unsafe product sold for about $3 and was manufactured in China. Please check to see if you own this product and take steps to return it as soon as possible. The US Consumer Product Safety Commission announced for a recall for a product with the name “farm glass and metal spiral tea light holder.” This product was imported by Nantucket Distributing Co, Inc. to various  Christmas tree shops are other retailers. This product was recently recalled because its design may cause the tea lights to burn with high flame so that a customer may be injured by a burn. CPSC wants the customer to stop using the tea light holder with the SKU/UPC numbers:000015931955 immediately and also requested that customers return it to any branch of Christmas tree shops to get their refund, according to news reports.
