Teens Arrested for Hit-and-Run

Early Wednesday two teens were arrested when police noticed they had bullet holes on their SUV. Charleston Police said an officer noticed the bullet holes in a Save-A-Lot parking lot around 2:45am. When he looked closer, he noticed three holes in the driver’s side door. Police said the vehicle was involved in a hit-and-run that evening.  The driver told police he was shot at while attempting to purchase drugs.
