A third suspect was charged in the death of a pedestrian. The 23-year-old was charged for failing to report a wreck to the police that resulted in injury or death. Kensington Man Killed Crossing Road

This morning, a man from Kensington was killed while attempting to cross a roadway, said Montgomery County Police. Train Hits Man on Tracks Near Rt. 27
