A third suspect was charged in the death of a pedestrian. The 23-year-old was charged for failing to report a wreck to the police that resulted in injury or death. The suspect was driving the 2000 Ford F-150 when it hit and killed a female from Waynesboro. She was crossing the Stuarts Draft Highway at the time of the wreck. The suspect apparently fled from Virginia. Police are urging anyone with information to contact Waynesboro Police Department immediately. The other two suspects are currently being held in Middle River Regional Jail. They were both charged with failing to report an accident, according to news reports.
As an Annapolis personal injury lawyer, my thoughts are with those harmed by a negligent driver. I hope these suspects are found as soon as possible by police. If you or someone dear to you was harmed by an unsafe driver, discuss your claim with a personal injury attorney who can evaluate your case and help protect your rights. When you have an attorney on your side, you are more likely to get the results you deserve for your case. An attorney will fight to get you the outcome you require and guide you through the processes involved with your case. They can answer any questions you may have and help address any issues that may arise during the course of the case.
