Route 331 was closed Thursday morning due to a multiple-vehicle crash, said a representative for Maryland State Police. The crash occurred when a Ford truck driver heading westbound along 331 hit a van in front of her. Couple Charged With DUI’s After 3-Car Wreck

A couple from Maryland was charged after causing a three-vehicle collision in Seaford late Saturday around 11pm on US 13. A 31-year-old woman was following a 30-year-old man in his Crown Victoria back to their home when he suddenly hit the brakes. This caused the woman to rear-end him, causing his car to also rear-end a 22-year-old woman driving a Mitsubishi. She was treated at Nanticoke Hospital with minor back strain, then treated and released. After an investigation, it was determined that the man and his partner were under the influence, and charged with DUI’s, vehicular assault, and driving without a valid license.
