Car Wreck Shuts Down Power in Richmond Neighborhood

A car wreck caused power to go down for an entire neighborhood in Richmond, Virginia. Police believe a drunk driver collided around 5:40pm Sunday, hitting a guardrail. The vehicle then flipped over after smashing into a light pole and power pole. He was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment of injuries while emergency crews worked to establish power.
