Could Roundup® (Glyphosate) Be The Cause of Your Cancer?

Major Studies Now Link #1 Selling Herbicide Roundup® With Certain Types of Cancers

Cancers linked to Roundup® include...

  • Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL)
  • B cell or T Cell NHL
  • Follicular Lymphoma
  • Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia
  • ...and many other NHL cancer subtypes

ALARMING NEWS: The World Health Organization (WHO) analyzed years of peer-reviewed studies and governmental data on Roundup®'s (glyphosate's) safety and concluded that glyphosate is “probably carcinogenic to humans” -- while also specifically linking Roundup® to non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL).

Roundup® (aka. Glyphosate) And The Many Lives Affected By Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma...

Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL) is now linked to the #1 most used herbicide and weed-killer in the United States... Roundup®.

Roundup®'s manufacturer, Monsanto™, introduced Roundup® in the 1970's -- and it continues to be heavily used by farms, commercial nurseries, golf courses and municipalities (to name a few).

In fact, approximately 100,000,000+ pounds of Roundup® is used in the U.S. each year!

But the active ingredient in Roundup®, a chemical called “glyphosate”, is being named by credible health organizations as “probably carcinogenic to humans” and linked to non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), as well as its subtypes such as B-cell lymphoma, follicular lymphoma, T-cell lymphoma, lymphocytic leukemia, and more.

Were you exposed to high levels of Roundup® (ie. glyphosate)?

Roundup Weed Killer Cancer

Those With Occupational Exposure To Roundup® Most At Risk of Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma Cancer

Individuals most at risk of the linked cancers are workers who had regular exposure to the Roundup® (glyphosate) chemical.

Common occupations where Roundup® exposure may be linked to non-Hodgkin lymphoma and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (and other cancer subtypes) include...

  • Farm & agriculture workers
  • Garden nursery workers
  • Golf course maintenance workers
  • Landscapers
  • Local and state government maintenance workers
  • Parks & forestry employees
  • Sports field & turf management workers
  • Arboriculture & viticulture workers
  • Horticulture experts
  • Lawn care & lawn maintenance workers
  • Professional gardeners

Because Roundup® is the #1 most used herbicide in the US and is also used as a crop desiccant to increase harvest yields, those that work in agriculture (ie. farming), horticulture, arboriculture and even viticulture are very much at risk.

Local and state government maintenance workers are also routinely exposed to high-levels of Roundup® (glyphosate) when spraying along roads and sidewalks.

Golf course maintenance workers and those working in sports field groundskeeping and turf management are also frequently and heavily exposed to Roundup® (glyphosate) and at risk.

One of the most at-risk occupational exposures are garden and plant nursery employees, because Roundup® (glyphosate) is the most used chemical for postemergent control of vegetation.

What Types of Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma Are Linked to Roundup® (aka. Glyphosate)?

Each year, over 70,000 people in the US are diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL) and its subtype cancers, including...

  • B-cell lymphoma
  • T-cell lymphoma
  • Follicular lymphoma
  • Chronic lymphocytic leukemia
  • Mantle cell lymphoma
  • Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma
  • Small lymphocytic lymphoma
  • Burkitt Lymphoma
  • And more...

The development of these cancers linked to Roundup® (glyphosate) starts with exposure to Roundup by...

  • Breathing it in (inhalation while spraying, mixing, etc)
  • Dermal contact (Roundup® getting on the skin)
  • Ingestion (drinking water or eating food contaminated with Roundup®)

The most common early symptoms of Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL) and its subtypes include...

  • Swollen lymph nodes
  • Abdominal pain
  • Chest pain
  • Fatigue
  • Breathing difficulty
  • Night sweats
  • Fever
  • Virus infection
  • Unexplained weight loss

IARC Glyphosate Study

International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) and World Health Organization Research Concludes Roundup® (aka. Glyphosate) “Probably Carcinogenic to Humans”...

In 2015, the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), an agency of the World Health Organization (WHO) conducted a comprehensive study on glyphosate (the main ingredient in Roundup®) and it's cancer risk profile in humans.

The IARC took into account years of peer-reviewed published studies, publicly available government data, their own scientific studies of occupational use of Roundup® and cancer.

The study's final conclusion was that glyphosate needed to be labeled a Group 2A chemical, meaning Roundup® is “probably carcinogenic to humans”.

Additional research on glyphosate's effects on animals, and in animal and human cells in utero, concluded that glyphosate causes chromosomal and DNA damage in both animal and human cells.

The World Health Organization made it clear -- there is a link.

Another Major Study Confirms: International Journal of Cancer Specifically Links Roundup® (Glyphosate) to Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma...

The International Journal of Cancer confirmed what other studies show -- that there is a strengthened association between exposure to glyphosate (Roundup®) and non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL).

Yet another major scientific study confirming the link to non-Hodgkin lymphoma.

Glyphosate Causes Cancer
Glyphosate Toxic and Endocrine Disrupting

Respected Journal of Toxicology Study Concludes Roundup® (aka. Glyphosate) is Toxic & Endocrine Disrupting To Human Cells...

Yet another highly-respected scientific journal “Toxicology”, has concluded that glyphosate-based herbicides such as Roundup are toxic and even cause endocrine disruption in human cells.

Further, this study showed the even at the low levels currently legal on our food, Roundup and other glyphosate-based weed killers could cause irreparable DNA damage and death to cells.

The toxic effects of Roundup on human cells is confirmed by another study.

California Glyphosate Cancer Warning

State of California Declares Glyphosate (active ingredient in Roundup®) To Be A Known Carcinogen...

In March 2017, the state of California decided to label the weed-killer glyphosate (the active ingredient in Roundup) as a “known carcinogen”.

California's actions will require Roundup products containing glyphosate to carry a cancer warning.

This decision was made shortly after the World Health Organization's (WHO) International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) concluded glyphosate as a “probable human carcinogen” based on their research.

Cancer Victims Are Filing Lawsuits Against Monsanto® (maker of Roundup®) For Not Warning The Public of Known Risks...

Lawsuits are currently being filed against Monsanto® company, the manufacturer of Roundup® herbicide, for failing to warn the public of known cancer risks with its glyphosate-based product, Roundup®.

The lawsuits allege that Monsanto® intentionally decided to not warn the public amidst overwhelming research and studies that link glyphosate-based herbicides to non-Hodgkin lymphoma and other cancers.

TV, print and online marketing for Roundup® products contain no warnings or disclosures regarding the known cancer risks of their products. Despite the World Health Organization's International Agency for Research on Cancer's recent findings, Monsanto® still refuses to warn consumers of cancer risks.

Clear warnings of known risks would have allowed you to take preventative precautions when using Roundup® -- or to have avoided its use altogether.

The Law Is Your Protection and Hope:

What To Do If You Were Exposed To Roundup and Later Was Diagnosed With Cancer

The law protects consumers from dangerous products and chemicals that can cause serious health consequences.

If you (or a loved one) was exposed to high levels of Roundup® weed killer and subsequently was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma cancer or leukemia, a conversation with our legal team may be the most important things you will do.

As a result of the manufacturer of Roundup® failing to properly warn the public of these cancer risks, you or your loved one may have suffered significant health issues (ie. non-Hodgkin Lymphoma), emotional and physical stress, along with unintended financial burdens -- like doctor or hospital visits, time off work, necessary treatments and/or surgeries to battle your cancer.

As such, you may be entitled to financial compensation in the form of "money damages", which is a legal term for money awarded from individual lawsuits, settlements and class action lawsuits.
