Roger & Andy: The Beginning
In 1985, Roger Greenberg (left) and Andy Bederman (right) began their vision for a new type of law firm, one that served its clients through personal contact.
Both Roger and Andy wanted to be accessible to their clients. If clients had questions or needed help, they could simply call any time and ask to speak to their attorney.
Roger and Andy also felt every client should be continually updated on the status of their case, regardless of whether the client had recently spoken with the firm or not. A policy was implemented that ensured injury clients be contacted approximately every 30 days with a status update for their case.
The exceptional client service mission that Roger and Andy established at Greenberg & Bederman began to fuel new ideas and ways to help clients. For those clients who are injured, disabled, or otherwise can't come to our office, either an attorney or a G&B investigator would travel to meet those clients in the comfort of their own home.
It is Roger and Andy's emphasis on customer service that makes working with Greenberg & Bederman so simple and easy. And although Roger passed away in September of 2013, Andy continues to ensure each and every client rests in confidence, knowing they are being taken care of at every step towards the successful conclusion of their case.

We know it can be difficult to get around, especially if you've been injured or are disabled. So we never require you to come into our office! In fact, if you can't come to us, we'll come to you!
We routinely visit our clients at the hospital or at their home. Our only goal is to help you get better, so we will visit you so you can remain comfortable and rest.
And if you prefer to work with your attorneys over the phone, that is perfectly fine too. You can easily stay up to date and communicate with your attorneys by phone, email and text. It's really quite simple!
