Ryan Frazier is a trial attorney at Greenberg & Bederman, LLC who represents clients injured due to the negligence of others. He is licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia and has trial experience in both jurisdictions.
Ryan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland in 2003 where he completed the University Honors Program. At the University of Maryland he was selected to be an undergraduate research assistant on international conflict resolution. He also earned a Juris Doctor degree from George Washington University Law School in 2006.
For over ten years Ryan has represented victims in a variety of cases. These have included wrongful death cases, large scale industrial accidents, and motor vehicle accidents. He has worked with medical experts to explain the full extent of clients’ injuries and the necessity of proper treatment. He has also worked with experts in technical fields such as carbon monoxide poisoning, metallurgy, and explosions to understand the causes of accidents and to effectively make the strongest case for his clients.
Ryan has experience prosecuting every step of a personal injury claim, including negotiating with insurance companies, filling law suits, conducting discovery, investigating the causes of accidents, and conducting trials. He has conducted legal research on a variety of issues and written legal memoranda to courts in support of his clients.
Ryan has tried cases in Maryland District Court and Circuit Court, as well as District of Columbia Superior Court. Ryan has also worked on appeals of cases when necessary, including research, brief writing, and personally arguing before appellate tribunals.
